Syrah 2007

Known as a Syrah in the Rhone Valley of France, it is more commonly blended with other varieties. The European version is drier, more tannic, and lower in alcohol.

Tasting notes: Aromas are typically of Syrah Eucalyptus and black pepper, smokey chocolate intense, deep flavours persist long on the palate.

Colour: Dark purple inky

Food pairing: sausages, turkey, roasted or grilled chicken, goose steak with peppercorn sauce and  dark chocolate.
