Pinot Noir grapes are grown mostly in cooler wine regions. It is widely considered produce some of the finest wines in the world, but is a difficult variety to cultivate and transform into wine.

Tasting notes: This Pinot Noir is a sweetly fruited, silky mouthful of ripe strawberry and jammy black cherry fruit. This is a fabulous find for wine lovers, who have always preferred whites but have been trying to find a red wine that they would appreciate.

Pairing food: Mushrooms, pasta in red sauce, grilled salmon and grilled tuna duck, roasted chicken with mushroom sauce. Soft cheese.
