Produces a crisp, dry and refreshing wine. Grapes grow in cooler climates with result in wines with grassy, herbaceous notes, whereas warmer climate versions will exhibit tropical and melon flavours.

Is a blend of : 57%Viognier/31% Pinot Blanc/6% Chardonnay/5% Pinot Gris Light straw; mildly sweet, fresh, light, complex aroma mingles honeysuckle, grapefruit, stone fruit, oak, and lees; very pleasant, peach, apricot, clean, light, lively flavors; light to medium body. “Very well-grown, well-made varietal example that makes an easy-drinking, very enjoyable wine.
Colour: watery to light yellow
